We are partnering with a rapidly growing investment firm in the San Francisco Bay Area seeking a Operations Associate to support the firm's day-to-day business operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering significant variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to take on increasingly complex responsibilities over time.

Business & Operations

Manage relationships and day-to-day coordination with external service providers and business partners.

Review, reconcile, and maintain operational files, reports, and documentation.

Coordinate wires and other financial transactions in accordance with established processes and controls.

Manage contracts, including key dates, renewals, and documentation.

Support recurring operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.

Take ownership of ad hoc projects and special initiatives across the firm.

Expand responsibilities over time based on experience, strengths, and interests.

Office & Executive Support

Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm's East Bay office.

Coordinate office needs and serve as a point of contact for vendors and service providers.

Provide light administrative and executive support to firm leadership.

Assist the CFO with select administrative and coordination needs; this role will not be responsible for calendar management or day-to-day scheduling.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, tax, operations, business management, or a related field.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Resourceful, intellectually curious, and comfortable working independently.

Ability to take ownership, solve problems, and adapt to new responsibilities.
